Dr. Sunday Oladele

I have a passionate interest in a broad spectrum of geoscience projects that integrate diverse geophysical, geological, and remote sensing datasets to solve humanity's problems. My research focuses on the amalgamation of geophysical methods for the exploration of hydrocarbons, geothermal resources and solid minerals, in addition to solving geo-environmental and geo-engineering issues. I am strongly committed to providing clear and high-fidelity subsurface images that will help identify potential resources and geohazards associated with infrastructural development, enabling informed decision-making and optimized resource extraction. Ultimately, my research is based on advancing the frontiers of earth science through multidisciplinary projects, hazard assessment, knowledge sharing, and the promotion of sustainable resource exploration that improves human well-being.
